Since Kyrie came into the league, they've incrementally improved every year. In fact, the big surprise was that they didn't make the leap this year. It was already expected.

LeBron is instantly worth 10-20 wins on his own. With him, they're an instant playoff team right now, with potential to go deep.

Later, when the team matures, LeBron will be in an extremely comfortable position for the long term.
