dunno if this is about his 2013 game or 2016 but...

    1. damn.. if only kobe had an opposing coach telling guys to let kobe shoot mid range jumpers wide open because nobody in the league feared his ability to hit anything but layups at the time

    or

    2. how was he the last 4 minutes vs golden state?

What open shots was LeBron given in the 4th quarter against the Warriors in Game 7? Ezeli played bad defense on one 3, iirc the rest were all well contested

And Kobe fared no better in the last 4 minutes, he hit a couple more FT's

Brick after brick sounds like the story of almost every finals game Kobe ever played.

I'm imaging a guy colluding with two other all-stars in their prime, then getting bodied by a midget and losing in the finals.

Dude shot above 50% in just 5 of 37 career Finals games, and didn't do it ONCE in his final 15

To be fair, I don't think anyone on the Warriors is even thinking about the Lakers and LeBron. The resurgent Celtics maybe, Toronto, Denver, maybe Houston. LeBron is going to need a few more all-stars himself to compete.

the best shooting guards throughout history that took long shots almost never shot over 50%

jordan didn't even shoot over 50% for his career and he almost never shot 3's

this is a position/height/shot selection stat
