Eric Bledsoe is a RFA right now! Suns have already made it clear they won't give him the max, so not a very good chance of them matching a deal higher than what they offered him. They don't have a whole year to trade him - he's gone.

What does Love have to do with Bledsoe? And how are they asking so much? Wiggins or Klay Thompson? Seems like a rip off to me.

If Suns don't want to give Bledsoe the max, better off to just trade him and get something in return. Getting a guy like Jordan Hill would provide them a big man to replace what they lost in Frye. If they were somehow able to get Julius Randle, you take that and run.

Wow let's hope not. Jesus Christ the only thing we have going for us right now is cap space and a talented young prospect in Randal. Let's get rid of both of those and **** ourselves over!

lakers had the capspace to sign bledsoe to a max but they used it all on scrubs like hill, boozer , nick young and other bench warmers. mitch needs to be fired right away if this rumor is true( not likely)

Damn. It's a rumor on LakersNation.

Not sure how I feel about that.
Like Randle and Bledsoe has knee problems

Lakers sources have told guys like Pincus and Mcten there is zero truth to these rumors

Saying they wont offer him the max doesnt mean anything as of right now. They could still choose to match regardless of what is 'said' now and either keep him or trade him during the season. Moreover, there is no guarantee of a max deal from someone else. Its possible but not a lock, and he could wind up taking the QO and returning this year to be unrestricted next year.

In any event, RIGHT NOW phoenix has all the cards. They have a year to trade him IF THEY CHOOSE. Either he takes the QO or they sign and trade. Perhaps they WILL do it sooner than later but they dont HAVE TO. They have a year.

Would make more sense if it was Hill + Nash + the 1st round pick we got from Houston

Nash gets to retire in Phoenix
    Hill is a solid contributor
and the pick is to sweeten the deal, of course.
