Daryl Morey GMs like a genius. He got a 10-15m a year talent at only 2m.

Whether or not the talent turns out to be productive is another story, but I'm a little scared. If Smith works out and plays like he did two years ago in ATL, league better watch out.

Edit: Basically, you can't teach natural skill and ability. So long as you pay that person based upon performance (or lackthereof) and NOT potential, then it's a good gamble.

he only chose Houston cause he was guaranteed a starting spot, regardless of if he comes in and deserves it or not.
