Who's the leader in most fourth quarters missed since 1985?

Re: Leaders in most triple doubles missed since 1985
Bird would rise to the top of this list/argument if you listed missed triple doubles as a percentage of games played rather than seasons.

pauk - Not sure if you're interested in updating your numbers, but if you are, we have files on Bird and Magic with gamelogs going back to their rookie season (not 100% complete, but pretty fleshed out):

I've forwarded the suggestion, it seems that Gorba is going with a more ambitious project in the mean time (looks like it'll be incredible when it's fleshed out). Not sure if you saw this section (below the gamelogs):
[CODE] 1946-47 - 1962-63 Game Logs [file will be ready in 2015]
1963-64 - 1970-71 Game Logs [incomplete ; size: 16 MB ; excel 2007 required]
[1970-71 season updated]
1971-72 - 1976-77 Game Logs [file will be ready in 2014]
1977-78 - 1980-81 Game Logs [file will be ready in 2014]
1981-82 - 1984-85 Game Logs [file will be ready in 2015][/CODE]
But he's putting all of the data we have for every player into these files. Here's the 64-71 doc:

Yes, I had seen the first section, although it's a bit impractical for my taste, but the second one I hadn't and, when you arrange them by name, it becomes the real deal - practically what we've been looking for for decades.
