Heat fans happy with Ray Allen and Shard Lewis so far?

Seen ray has struggled with his shot but has played well when I've seen him. Lewis could be miami's dark horse.. Looked decent vs the spurs. That bench is really filled with shooters.

Ray is arguably the greatest shooter to ever play the game. I won't criticize him due to preseason games.

I'm happy to have Ray Allen on my team. So far during pre-season he's been coming off the bench with Garett Temple playing PG. He's been shooting a lot when neither Wade nor LeBron gets to create, so a lot of his 3s are half-contested.

When the regular season starts he'll be playing with either Wade or LeBron, or at least Chalmers instead of a tired Norris Cole / Temple. I'd only get worried if Ray was shooting less than 30% on wide open threes. The whole sniper unit of James Jones, Mike Miller, Battier, and Ray is interesting.

The jury is still out on Rashard Lewis. I really don't care for him too much because he'll end up taking Haslem's minutes and I'd rather have Haslem's rebounding and hustle over Shard's 3 point shooting.

Ray has struggled a bit, but he's still the best 3 point shooter of all time. He's always going to be open as long as we keep attacking the paint and playing in the post.

I don't care much for Lewis, but he looked pretty good the last game.

Ray looks great and looks like he's been playing with LeBron for years. I just can't wait to see this team when the games start to count.

Even if Ray struggled during the regular season, it wouldn't matter after all. Shard showed what he can do off the bench and Ray will soon find that too. I hope he's happy with his position with the Heat. I'm not really huge on defame any athlete for their business move since its all natural.

I don't see them being that much better than last year Battier and the rest of their 3 points shooters. I mean, they had out of this world accuracy from the 3. Culminating with the record-tieing/shattering by Anthony.

Though, if the Heat can keep that level all season long, they will be really, really scary.

It will be devastating to miss Eddy Curry. The bewilderment of letting him go will be felt. Eddy Curry was the heart of the team.
