Everyone's beautiful in their own ways, that's what I always say
Also fiddy my kidneys still hurt.. didn't take any creatine today or yesterday I think I'm lowering the dosage to 1g per day for 3 days a week on off days because they feel like they're going to explode

Creatine loading is a waste of powder and time
Just take 1g a day
Studies show that loading doesn't get you saturated faster than just standard 1g doses

I'll stick to 1g even if I'm using monohydrate. My kidneys were killing me on day 2 and 3, it's still killing me now and I didn't touch it in two days. Don't think it's finished being filtered through my kidneys yet or my kidneys died, either or. my strength increase was insane though. Was doing leg presses with ONE leg

Creatine has done wonders for me since I got on it about a month ago. My lifts going up and I can play basketball for longer durations with no cramping. I can do 2 or sometimes even three exercises/activities a day and feel fully energetic. Lift at lunch and then basketball or Rock climbing in the evening. Weekends add badminton. Creatine is ****ing steroids man, just chug lots of water. My weight staying the same, abs getting cut, **** yeah can't wait for summer
