anyway no it doesn't have it on TVU
it has it on sopcast though but the quailty is poor

follow the instructions on the above link
download the beta version of TVU go to the above link and click on NBATV while the TVU player is open. It will buffer automatically but wont appear in your channel list
btw, learn what a browser is
