Kobe 03 is the only one I feel strongly about. Defensively he was just so much better that year than he was after it. By 06 or so he was literally playing defense only when he felt he had to.

Would have to put a lot of thought on the best lebron or jordan year. So many great seasons.

That said I think 02 Duncan is very much up there with 03 if not better.

Ariza, Pau, Lamar, Fisher, and Bynum weren't scrubs. And 2009 wasn't Kobe's best year at all. His defense was mediocre (a lot worse than in 2006) and he didn't have the explosiveness he did in 2006 and 2007.

I don't think Bill Russell is top 10, what he did in his career puts him top 3 greatest ever, but peak wise I can name 10 players who were better.

Walton will get dismissed because he was injured alot, but when he was healthy he was the most complete center in NBA History, his rebounding ability was all-time great, his passing is probably the greatest ever for a big man, he had DPOY impact on defense, and a good scorer, not dominant & amazing leadership. I'll take peak Walton over peak Russell.

ariza, pau and lamar were literally the only guys on LA that werent scrubs


bynum could barely contribute 6ppg. he was raw as f*ck

fisher wouldnt start on any other championship team in nba history.
