At least one season in his career? This guy has some serious handles and off the dribble moves. He's crafty. I've seen him close a real NBA game when Lillard couldn't get going. He is getting better defensively.

Will he ever be that good? I know Monta never made it. You have to be pretty good to be a guard on the West team.

Honestly, it really depends how good the Blazers are in the future.

He's all star potential at 24 years old, but unless the Blazers become a 45-50 win team, I don't think the Blazers are going to have two all stars, especially in the West.

False. He will be a tier just below all-star level. The only way he makes an all-star team is if the Blazers have a crazy run in the next few years as a team ala the Hawks, and I just don't see them ever doing that.
