So what? If a player is 6-7 bare foot, that is his REAL height. And evidently there must be a difference in sneaker thickness, as well, since we have read that Kevin Love was 6-10, when in actuality, he was 6-7 3/4. Ben Wallace was listed at 6-9...barely 6-7. Hakeem was listed at 7-0...barely 6-10.

Conversely, Bill Russell was listed at 6-9...and he was exactly the same height as the "6-11" Dwight Howard.

The only LOGICAL standard should be in BARE FEET.

Years ago, Mark Eaton was measured at 7-3 while at UCLA. When he went H2H with Ralph Sampson a couple of years later, he towered over the "7-4" Sampson.
