LeBron taught Chalmers most of his current skills.

Now that Wade stopped holding Chalmers back, Rio is coming into his own

If he can be good for say 14 pts a game off the bench when Wade gets back, this team may be all right. If they can get good performances most nights from Wade, Bosh, Deng and Chalmers, they will be tough to beat. And the way the Cavs look, I'm starting to think they actually could come out of the East.

Of course, they could also miss the playoffs entirely.

Chalmers has always been a good offensive player. If the big 3 wasn't there he might have already developed into a really solid borderline all-star level guard.

He has a great shot, is able to get to the rim and finish strong, and is also a very good defender. Quite happy with the Cole/Chalmers/Napier rotation.

Has to be more consistent with his shot. Can make clutch shots though.
I'm pleased with his productivity so far. The 6th man role at shooting guard suits him well.
