Default Just how inflated was LeBron's FG% these last few years

Playing on a super team that allowed him to cherrypick shots and essentially get 1/3 of his points on fast breaks.

Wade's FG% has gone down 3.5% from last 2 seasons
Bosh's FG% has gone down 8.0% from last 2 seasons
LeBron's FG% has gone down 10.0% from last 2 seasons

Do you have sources for the 1/3 of the points coming fron fast breaks? Or you are just lying to fit your agenda?

I think he will finish the season at 53%

That Miami trapping defensive really played to Lebron's strengths ala fastbreak buckets

he was making da real lambo so proud in miami

anyway, no stat but eye test makes it evident their stiff defense leading to fast break dunks was greatly helping fg%, cant hate on that tho, any team wishes they could play that d

These are the awards LeBron loves. Christmas MVP is his favorite.

Less amount of easy baskets, anyone's FG% will drop. I wish the Knicks could play good enough defense where they could get some easy buckets in transition. The Cavs team defense is shit, the young ones need to buy into a team defense and I can guarantee all their FG%s will rise. They are too young and stupid to sacrifice like Wade & Bosh did. It took them losing in brutal fashion till Wade caught on. They were a great defensive team for their 2 championship runs. Obviously the Spurs exposed their team speed defense last year.

If the Cavs as a team don't buy into team defense and sacrificing, expect bran's FG%s to continue to drop.

Playing on the big 3 Heat absolutely juiced their percentages, LeBron most of all because he was the designated finisher. And he and Wade definitely benefited in terms of efficiency from playing together.

But, Wade has always shot in the 50% range, and he's at 51% this year. I expect LeBron will end up in that area too.

The days of 55% range shooting are gone forever for both of them, however.
