Default Can a Durant, Wall, and Beal works trio?

If the Thunder fails to win the NBA title this year, or even advance in the conference finals. I can see Durant playing for his home town team.

I don't see how that situation is any better than his current one, he is staying imo

    absolutely.

both russel and wall are fantastic at breaking down the defense and getting into that paint, but for his career, wall has been a more pass friendly PG (westbrook has been incredible at that as of late).so basically, KD will feast, per usual.

stagnate beals minutes, so he can play make/look to score with the 2nd unit. that team is dangerous

Porter, however, has been great/fantastic with the first unit. so if KD can play the 4, that team would be crazy fun to watch. if not, maybe consider beal as a legit 6th man, or send porter back to the bench

Considering the East been weaker but he will not sniff a final again as long as LeBron still in this league.

John Wall has the same type of athleticism as Lebron and Westbrook.

This type of athleticism doesn't allow you to play off ball. Wizards tried to run motion offense earlier this year and Wall became ineffective.

Durant needs to play with a PG that can shoot and has correct type of athleticism. Rose has correct athleticism but lacks shooting. Lillard has both but not enough athleticism.

Your theories make no sense. Playing off ball is a skill. They don't have the skill to play off ball.

likely top 5 pick in this years draft
great bench scorer in IT (he may even continue to start)

add a defensive minded C to their already bountiful front court, and thats a dangers team

Don't mind me bro.....I'm just hating. I don't want hear any talk about Kevin Durant joining another team.

this is the season where the westbrook/durant duo had the highest +/- throughout their careers coz westbrook is passing more. So if durant has wall instead of westbrook, they would be much better.

Trade Beal for a front court player as soon as he gets healthy.
