I've been thinking for the past 2 and half months how to get smart people interested in NBA.

Usually most NBA fans have an average IQ of between 60 and 80 while in sports like chess you need average IQ of 150-160.

Now I think there are a few solutions. Firstly, it is boring that all the players have always the same number. How about the number reflects how many points he has in the game. So it's easy to know who is the best player you dont need to check the stats just put an electronic board in his t-shirt eveyrone starts at zero and boom, 10 million more new fans from Oxford.

Secondly there needs to be something which requires integration. Instead of jump ball tip have a integral like x*e^(-x^2) from negative infinity to infinity. First team to solve it gets to start the match and gets 3 points for every shot made instead of two points.

Who's in on this plan we can make a breakaway league my friend sad that Miami Heat want to do this, let's do it.
