Default Dampier or Draft Picks?

Quote:
Dallas Receives:Malik Rose,Fred Jones,Dan Dickau
New York Receives:Eric Dampier,Greg Buckner
New York would never make this deal in this form

add 3 Future 1st Round Picks,Future 2nd Round Pick

This has to be the worst trade I've ever seen proposed. I just had to log in to say that.

Yeah, I imagine New York would go for that...since it's a ridiculously imbalanced trade that no sane GM would ever offer.

Why not just have Dallas trade 2 first rounders, Buckner and Billion dollars in cash for Renaldo Balkman? I'm pretty sure new York would go for that one as well.

New York and capspace is like paying 1/5 of your rent

Dallas doesn't really need any 1st rounders if they're gonna make a title run, look at SA
Dump Dampier and Buckner,save 13 million(next season)
add someone who can contribute to your roster

NY shouldn't care about capspace until 2009-2010,i dont know why people believe that they shouldn't trade their expirers for a big contract, when Rose,Jones,Dickau's contracts run out,New York will still be over 30 million over the cap
