    Default Something that bugs me

When a players is fouled before the ball is inbounded there should be a harsher penalty than the 2 free throws...especially in a one and one situation.

I can understand wanting to extend the game in certain situations, I just don't agree with that aspect of the rule.

    just my two cents.

in college basketball? its two free throws and the ball if you foul before the inbounder passes the ball. i think thats as harsh as can be. rarely called, i think thats the major problem.

How can you screw up that call??

I just seen it happen at the end of the UCONN/Michigan game.

Went to the line for 1 and 1.
