I think these facts lift him above Richmond, Kidd, English and Petro.

Drexler and MJ were clearly better players than Miller.

I would take Miller over Dumars. Dumars benefitted from playing with players on all time great teams. But he was never the "franchise player" Miller was. Heck it could be argued that Prime Dumars at times was only the 3rd best guard on his own team (Isiah Thomas/Vinnie Microwave Johonson) Edge-Miller.

Nate Thurmond-Didn't see him play (Prime).

    Dave Debusschere-Didn't see him play

    Hal Greer-Never saw him play

    Sam Jones-Never saw him play

James Worthy-Close call but I would go with "Big Game James."

Dennis Johnson-Miller was better. DJ has rings because he played on better teams. If Miller had Bird, Mchale and Parish in the 90s, he would have multiple rings too.
I'm not putting DJ over Miller because of the rings. He was just simply a better basketball player than Miller. Way better defender, a smarter player, better passer and better rebounder. Even without the Celtics championships, he still has the one with the Sonics where he won Finals MVP, he has more All NBA teams, and 9 All-Defensive Teams.

I take Nash over Stocton. The whole thing of top 50 is silly. It's so hard to compare players from different eras. Tiny is as good as any point guard that has ever played but will never get his due because of the teams he played on. Nobody mentions Tiny when talking about great point guards but try to name 3 that were better than Tiny.

by the Time the Leagues Merged Roger was easily considered the Greatest ABA player ever. And the Records supported that. Not knocking Mel. He, Zelmo and Gilmore were the Premier centers in the League. Mel and Beaty played most of their careers in the ABA.

A better argument might be is Barkley a TOP 5 Sixer! Never mind the rest of the NBA.

    Think about it.

TOP 76ER Players in any order

    1) Chamberlin
    2) Erving
    3) M. Malone
    4) Iverson
    5) Barkley.

You could take those 5 players (Just off the top of my head) and put them in any order you wish. But if you are objective, the notion that Prime Barkley was substantially better than Prime Wilt, Prime Dr. J or Prime Moses is simply not true. Sr. Charles has to be clearly the best or second best player in franchise history first.... before he can be a top ten player in LEAGUE HISTORY.
[B]Barkley is Top 10-11 All Time in PER (Season and Play-Offs)
Barkley is Top 10 All Time in EFF
Barkley is Top 5 All Time in Plus/Minus
Barkley is Top 4 All Time in Shot Made/Missed Diferential
Barkley is Top 8 All Time in WS Per 48 Minutes

All Broken Down Stats Suggest Barkley is a Top 10 Player Ever

Don`t give me this ring crap here because thats a team acomplishment not how much you dominated and how efficient you where.

I have got to get me another Roger Jersey. I wore out my last one wearing it so much. I'll get a Mel Daniels for You.

Reggie > Any Shooter & Any Clutch Player

The dude would for 18 god damn years with durability & consistancy sink some kindof clutch shots every single game....

Jordan, West, Bird were all more clutch. Reggie didn't hit clutch shots every single game, if you think that then you never saw him play simple as that.
