LOL why would he? Media think they are supposed to know every detail about everything so they can report on it and blow it up bigger than it needs to be.

He talked to him on the sidelines in the game at OKC too.

This morning's paper reads that Kerr was asking Durant" where he ate last night?" and " where do you like to eat around here?" Kerr says from last year's ASG, they became quite aquatinted and that it's only natural to chat it up to someone you hanged out with...... that's what he said.... Do I believe Kerr? lol, you never now.

You know it's Kerr's wet dream to have a player like Durant in his system.

If he can convince Durant to sign Kerr could end up with maybe 8-10 titles as a head coach. Dubs win this year + 28 year old Curry & KD, 26 year old Klay & Draygod as a core for 8 years. Imagine if Kerr surpasses Phil somehow if the dubs can add a couple young guys down the line like the Spurs adding Kawhi and LMA to the Duncan, Parker, and Ginonili trio.

Yeah, cause' that's just so easy to do.

Phil has 11 rings. No other coach is coming anywhere near that. Not even Pop.

Don't forget about KD's fondness for Ron Adams too.

Kerr could if he coaches for a long time and gets a reputation of stars wanting to play for him. I doubt it though, because Kerr has more integrity than Phil and won't just follow the superstars. Phil Jackson is the LeBron James of coaches.

Kerr isn't very old, he can easily do that if he has elite teams

Luke Walton has a good shot too

Yeah. Kerr is only 50. He will most likely have 2 after this season. Jordan got a 3 peat when he was 34, 35, and 36. Curry and KD will be 28 next season. Klay and Draygod will be 26. An 8 year run with that core probably results in at least 6 titles. So 8 titles when he is 58 is a possibility. He would only need three more.
