Seriously

One of the great pieces left of the Shaq trade and you flip that into ****in Kwame

So much ineptitude from the Lakers front office during Kobe's entire prime and career really

Imagine being a top three all-time player and it's literally fact that the best point guard you ever played with is Smush Parker (no disrespect, I like Smush)

That trade literally pushed the Lakers back from possibly being a regular WCF contender to a fringe playoff team

Thanks Mitch

We win more than 45 and 42 games in 06, 07 and advance past the first round if that trade doesn't happen.

How close did Kwame ever sniff to all star status?

This is considering the fact that Kobe and the Lakers pushed Kwame to playing the best basketball of his career and he was still major buttcheeks
So LeBron beat a big 3 by himself?

Definitely

Not to mention we don't waste 3 years trying to decide if we can somehow manage to turn Kwame into a good NBA player and instead either sign a run of the mill veteran or someone else much more capable with potential at his position

Kwame was literally a waste of 3 yrs and should have been traded after his first season in LA

Here's plain English for you...

A small market "big three" in the East doesn't equal an actual real-life title contending big three...

Capiche?

He beat three guys who technically made all star teams in the Eastern conference, with the 3rd best "all star" of the 3 being a guy that is being argued against Kwame Brown right now in this thread

I think that says enough about the quality of this big 3 all-star trio

I still concur though that Butler is better than Kwame Brown

Lol you’re acting like Caron Butler wasn’t legit good. Probably because your hero couldn’t even make the playoffs with him and Odom.

No that's the exact opposite of what I'm saying

I'm saying Butler was legitimately good, a high level 3 and D role player, even capable of making an all star team in the weak east

I'm saying the fact that the Lakers traded away that for Kwame is laughable

Butler wasn’t a good 3PT shooter until late in his career when he was past his prime.

No not true

Relative to his era he was always a good enough three point shooter at worst
