Aerobics were super popular in the mid-to-late 80s. My mom was an aerobics instructor.

Of course it was cool. Don't you remember Jane Fonda in the 80s? That striped warm-up and those leggings. Damn!
Go watch an infomercial for Insanity or some shit; doesn't look much different.

They had to take Crystal Light off the market for a bit because the original formulation included the powerful hallucinogen N,N-Dimethyltryptamine aka DMT.
