Eh. Not from me. If Bron actually loses with a fully healthy Cavs team (even if the pieces don't fit the way GSW's do behind Steph), he deserves a good amount of blame.

No pass from this "Bran stan" whatsoever if he loses with this group all healthy and rust-free, which Kyrie will soon be. Other than 2011 though, he's come into each of his prior finals appearances with the inferior supporting cast (and situation), and that doesn't figure to change anytime soon. But if he's on the level I and other LBJ nut-riders claim he is, he's gotta win this underdog ring and take down this eventual 74-8 juggernaut.

And as obvious as this is by now, it would be the single-most impressive Finals win in the cap of either LeBron or MJ or anyone else for that matter.

That excuse is always used. The difference was that last year was the only time it was valid, and it was only valid for 1 series.
