Kobe should be above Magic on the all time list. In terms of accomplishment , Kobes career is right up there with Magic

Stats, accolades, longevity, his achievements are comparable to Magic's.

Anyone can reasonably argue one over the other, depending on what they value more. I'm ok with either of them.

There's no objective list. If you want think that Kobe has more accomplishments and done more as a basketball player than move him up on your list. That's your personal thing.

If you want to argue that Kobe have the accomplishments and level of play on the same tier as Magic, then we can have a discussion. But it's down to subjective opinions at the end of the day.
