I have taken great care of myself, I don't have to take any meds or use a cane.
I just take my daily vitamins, eat lots of vegetables and fruit and get exercise daily. I have some friends who take a big bag of meds daily and are constantly at the pharmacy refilling prescriptions.....just shoot me first before I have to do that
I just got back in town from Vegas....Happy New Year everyone
