End times paranoia? What the fvck you talking about? The LAPD is comprised of PEOPLE. Everyone forgets that all these organizations are only as good as the people in charge of them. The organization always seems to take precedence.. Because no one knows the names of the guys who run it. So people think that a police enforcement agency can't be corrupt.. Because they don't see the people in it or have any idea of its inner workings. But these are people like the guys you went to school with. They're perfectly capable of doing tons of bad shit.
Look at how they're handling this situation. Would you deem that effective law enforcement? They don't even know what that is. LAPD is an extortion agency with full clearance to do what they want because the government got their back.

I think this man thinks the LAPD oppressed him, but I don't believe him. As I mentioned before this guy is a grievance collector and a narcissist who never does wrong, but is only wronged against. However, I see no reason to believe him. Frankly, his case reminds me of a couple workplace disputes I have known in a much more extreme version. In one case it involved a woman who was deliberately acting up including leaving the office at noon when the entire place was on deadline for a project, but the boss wouldn't fire her because he was afraid of being sued.
This guy got to be represented in department hearings, have civilian review of his case and have his case heard before two judges. They all said that he was lying and he made up his accusation only after he found out the officer he accused was going to submit a poor evaluation of him.
As for the US oppressing us more effectively than other countries. That's hyperbole. You have no fear whatsoever about writing that on the internet, just as I have no fear writing that I personally know that Barack Obama and George W. Bush murdered Selena in 1995 after their love triangle went wrong and she threatened to expose their bisexuality.

It's pretty funny when you have a cop killer who is targeting cops and their families. He's calculated and he knows what he's doing.
Cops, on the other hand, are suppose to protect and serve the public and here they are firing upon innocent people.
Law enforcement should be better than that. They should act more like firefighters. The firefighters of 9/11 knew the building was going to collapse but they put all that aside and risked their lives to save people.
These cops should do just that. They should put their's on the line and think for one second, that civilians lives are more important than theirs. Except they are scared for their lives and have no remorse shooting at innocent people to protect themselves. Dorner has already said he's not targeting the innocent, he's targeting the cops.

I would like to learn more detail about this. Particularly if the truck was going to his house or another.
I definitely also think the "street justice" possibility needs to be investigated, but when I first learned of this on ISH and saw the truck in daylight, it seem way more f*cked up.
You pretend as if there aren't vision standards for cops and that lighting devices haven't been widely dispersed yet. I can tell the difference between the two, a Nissan Titan and a Tacoma in dim light and it isn't even my god damn job.
You've gone from neutral to siding with the cops in this thread. You can't tell people to wait until the facts arrive while making judgement in the cops favor every chance you get.
It seems that you have trouble handling the reality that each side is equally as ruthless and unstable.

I guess that makes him a liar because he's killed two innocent civilians so far in cold blood. Weird... a murderous ex-cop lying in his manifesto.

Yes, I think it's pretty humorous that cops are firing at civilians because they are scared themselves.

It's clear that government surveillance will be extended and privacy will be a thing of the past. What indicates anything otherwise? We've seen world-wide trends of civil liberties being taken from us in the name of security or safety from "the bad guy", whomever that may be.

People forget that this guy used to be a military lieutenant and a police officer, how more legit can you get in the eyes of the government? I mean army men and police officers are held in sacred places by the government and the media since they are their main enforcers of law and order.
Now what has changed? The only difference now is that the guy does not carry a badge anymore and is putting up a fight against those who trained him. Now he is some lunatic psychopath that is being hunted down like a rabid dog.
I'm not redeeming him of his actions but the truth is Dorner's only fault is going after a system he was brought up in, so if you ask me I say he is not more evil than those who are hunting him down, he is a better human being than his former colleagues and bosses on his tail.

That and the cop he killed in Riverside wasn't even trying to pull him over. Dorner just pulled up next to their car and opened fire.

Really? When the cops murder Dorner's family members in cold blood, then we can begin to compare and equate the two evils.
Monica Quan and Keith Lawrence weren't even "collateral damage." Dorner shot them to death quite intentionally.
