Definitely lost significant weight, can see it in his non PED / HGH upper body mass. Still has that MAJOR chipmunk jaw line. Hopefully with the weight loss we see a return to his explosive quickness. His game is so predicated on driving, if he regains that ability ... it's over for the competition if he stays healthy.

Someone who GETS it. Totally agreed. He lost a ton of explosion in 2011. Also the Heat had bad spacing that season, so less driving room. The court spacing got better in 2012 and 2013 for him, with the addition of many shooters to spread the floor. But if Bron dropped like 15 lbs, he'd still be ridiculously strong, but would gain back a lot of that pre 2011, pre 26 years old type speed he had. Hell, Kobe at 31 dropped 15 lbs in 2008 and regained a lot of lost explosion. LeBron should follow suit. Or just fully transform into a more athletic, quicker, better passing PF. A super advanced Karl Malone.

Looking at his recent set of beach pictures, he looks to be the same still. Maybe 1-5 lbs lost but nothing major. He probably won't lose his must-drop 10 lbs by the end of next season.
