Amazing clutch shot by Rudy but in fact, the Grizzlies will never make the NBA finals with the Lakers running the West.
They better learn and improve as their rebounding and inside play is really poor. They need to learn to box out otherwise they won't be close to winning anything.

Come on now, LETS KEEP IT REAL...

8-5 for THIS team and the expectations they had coming in, THUS FAR is NOT good.

There are SEVERAL alarming key points to their games, and glaring weaknesses to this team.

I just hope lebron can keep his head up, he's not used to losing this much

    8-5 is better than 5-8
and with the way they are playing, that's better than expected

    they have no inside presence
    offense stagnates at times
    confused roles and confused players

really. i'd take that record anytime and be happy about it
until they get a losing record, anytime above .500 i'd be happy

i'd be disappointed if they're actually playing stellar basketball and still have a losing record (and how do the rockets feel? they're not playing bad but they have a losing record)
imo, the heat are playing worse than the rockets
    so getting those wins? meh...
    i'd take those wins anytime
No point comparing them to the rockets when they made it clear before the season started that they are a championship team.

Dude they just came from back to back games. Wade and Haslem out. Lebron played huge minutes, Barely had any rest.

I do think they've been very unclucky in losing as many games as they have. 4 of the 5 losses all went to the last few seconds, where everything that could've gone wrong did. The only game where they were truly outplayed was the game against Boston last week. This team could easily be 11-2 right now.

the comparison is my opinion of how both teams are playing right now and their respective record
the OP is pointing out 8-5 is laughable for this Miami team
i'm just pointing out they're lucky they got 8 wins instead of 8 losses considering how they are playing starting this season
you compare that with the Rockets who isn't nearly as bad as Miami
and you gotta feel for Houston really

Miami on crappy playing = 8 wins 5 losses
Houston playing better than Miami = 3 wins and 9 losses
