I was on vacation for the Clippers/Rockets series, so didn't watch any of that.

They offered him the Non Bird Exception of $2.5M. He took the vet min due having a clear role on the team (first big off the bench) instead of splitting mins with D-Mo/Jones/Capella/Dorsey on the Rockets.
