he was an excellent pg who mj loved playing with. his 3 pt shooting was also money. he and paxson were very similar in the bull's seperate 3 peats.

uh... he and paxson played together and won in the same 3 peat teams. he only started one year and was a 6' 3" shooting guard who played great pressure defense on point guards, ran the floor well, and was absolutely deadeye from three point range. pippen played point forward and did most of the ball-handling, play making, and decision-making. bj and mj were (and i guess probably still are) really good friends and he was one of the bulls petitioning michael to come back in 95. he was gone by 96 though. the second 3 peat had harper, kerr, and randy brown at the "pg" spot.

Yeah he only started on one of their Championship teams, and the two years when Jordan was retired playing basketball, the Bulls left him exposed to the Expansion Draft for the Raptors, and he was the First pick if I remember correctly. Never played for the Raps, he was traded to the Warriors, and then played for the Hornets for few years. But he was an underrated player, and actually made the All-Star team once in 1994.

I'll post the obvious for those who know me and say Hersey Hawkins.

My other is someone who could have been but career halted due to death by heart problem. That guy was Reggie Lewis. The best mid range jump shooter ever in the NBA, and I'm including MJ. Guys stop and fadaway was unreal. Fans from the eighties to ninties can vouch.

Grant Hill was the leading vote getter in all-star voting in the same conference as Michael Jordan during his prime. If that doesn't says all-star I don't know what does.

Interesting topic

Some of mine would be:

Gerald Green
Luol Deng (Still could be an all-star one day though)
Trevor Ariza
Rasual Butler
Marquis Daniels
Eddie House
James Jones
Fred Jones
Tyronn Lue (Don't ask me why, I've just always liked him since his Orlando days)
J.R. Smith
Von Wafer
Louis Williams (You never know, potential all-star one day)

They are just some of the guys I like who almost always go under the radar.

Of course I still love most of the stars in the league like most people here.
