If Davis and Wiggins evolves into superstars, could Kobe one day fall out of top 10?

If Davis and Wiggins develop into superstars and get mutiple rings they could get into top 10 ATG one day.

Im not saying it will happen, but new players will come and the same top 10 cant say the same.

And of course if LeBron wont win another ring ever again, he could fall out of top 10 also.
