Miami played that game to perfection.

It was a bullshit double standard that left out better teams in the NIT and put the teams that did make it at a major disadvantage (horrible seeding).
What does any of this have to do with New Mexico's loss last night? You said they were good.

Huh? New Mexico was apart of the Mountain West failures. It's not about New Mexico... I don't know why you are harping on that. It's about the conference getting seeded according the RPI while the major conference not receiving the same benefit.

You made that comment right after New Mexico lost last night.

That's because it was the last loss of the night for that conference.

What are you getting at? I feel like you are trying to get me to admit I'm wrong about something, but I have no idea what it is we are talking about. All I'm doing is repeating myself.

Just point out what it is you are talking about and I'll begrudgingly admit where I was wrong or prove to you that I wasn't.

Anyone see this? New Mexico guy quits his job covering the team after the loss.

Doesn't seem like he quit because of the loss or anything, he'd been doing it 33 years. Probably just retiring.

I guess so. The last two-ish paragraphs read like he's quitting ("retiring" from) his job and giving up his fan card to me.

    Deadspin on it now, fwiw.

You made it sound like NM/the Mountain West was overrated or something. They're not. Harvard just came to play.

And K-State comes all the way back to get the lead. They're outscoring LaSalle 31-12 in the second half.

Tall ass Rudy Gay has made a difference. Lasalle shot as well as they could first half. Now they are who we thought they were. Someone has to emerge tho. K State PG is a moron, dude throws questionable passes, Lasalle needs to take advantage.

Their #2 conference RPI and tournament record this year definitely at least lends some credence to the MWC being overrated.
