When the offense goes through him their offense really looks decent (first time in alot of years!). Also from a statistical standpoint 20ppg 11rpg 2.4blk >> 18ppg 3 rpg 5ast. Not to mention he'll play..

Didn't Pau Gasol have the current Lakers team without Kobe at like 9-9 last year to open up the season?
The dude clearly still got it and is actually protecting the rim really well.
