    Default Why didn't the Bulls go after Stephenson?

    I'm kind of shocked. I thought Stephenson would stay with Indiana or sign with Chicago.

    After Gasol and Mirotic signings, plus Hinrich, we didn't have the cap room.

    That being said, my salary projections are spot on for this offseason, aside from the wonky Williams, Parsons, Hayward contracts.
