Exclamation Multiple NBA players thriving on VEGAN diets

[QUOTE]Thriving nba players and their diets
WOAH! Did you catch the latest NBA playoff game? Almost every single match up has been quite the nail-biting event! Watching these athletes play night after night makes you wonder: what gives these superstars the energy to perform so well in such an intense 48 minute game?

The answer may surprise you: Clippers power forward [B]Glen

At this rate, there will be no more veggies left for us if Big Baby is on a vegan diet!!!

I recall Ray Allen going the complete opposite in low carb paleo and saying how it lengthened his career. Lakers were doing the whole grass fed meat and raw milk thing a few years back, but not sure how that turned out.

I honestly think it's the factory farmed meat / processed foods that is poisoning people. We've been eating meat for millennia, but the rise in diabetes and other illnesses have been fairly recent in comparison.

Not sure if vegan is the answer. Cut out the candy and junk foods!

I guess we jackin the thread. I agree, sugar is the absolute health killer. Kids these days won't even stand a chance with the amount of sugar in processed food and drinks.
