what we are seeing is scary, almost 2k-like. the way he has completely exploded on the scene is absolutely amazing and he seems somewhat durable enough to help lead the bulls in another direction. can't wait to see him match-up against the great players of the league like durant and kobe

had he been in that bulls game earlier in the season against the cavs they would had easily won it too.

there just isn't a shooting guard in the league who is on his tier. he plays nearly all-time great perimeter defense and can score and rebound at an alarming rate now.

Still trying to wrap my mind around Jimmy's season so far. It's a fairy tale story for the guy, and not many deserve it more than him. He never gets too high or too low in any situation. I really hope the Bulls hold on to him, though I don't see why you wouldn't match any deal offered to him. It simply doesn't make sense to let a guy that has a brighter future than Rose go as a RFA.

If he doesn't get MIP, it's a crime.

I recall somebody on here speaking about his heavily dedicated off season regimen. Word has it that he spent the entire summer working his ass off. Hard work pays ten fold when the talent is there.

I always wondered why they called him Jimmy Buckets when last year he was scoring 12 ppg on less than 40% from the field and less than 30% from three. Props to him for working on his game. He's really starting to earn that nickname now.
