Bucks and it's not really that close. #2 pick in this year's draft and the guy that should've gone #1 in last year's draft..highest ceiling duo under 21 yrs old, though Noel/Embiid is close.

Cleveland, Milwayee, and NOP will probably be the best.
Charlotte's gonna be REALLY good. Damn, that can be their starting lineup in 3-4 years. And I haven't even included their best player (Jefferson), who's only 29 atm.
I like Utah too.
