I don't know the extent of JO's injury but hopefully he can bounce back, its always disheartening to see great players like T-mac and JO going down with injuries, its happened all thoughout their careers...very unlucky.

but beyond that, i've been saying for many months that i didn't think the JON trade was going to work. the dude has too much wear-and-tear on his body from too many years playing out of position. plus, he's a bit injury-prone anyway and is around that age when players start to decline. IMO he was going to get injured down the road no matter who he played.

I didn't think it was on purpose either until I saw the replay where williams uses his other hand to pull JO's jersey to pull him down. DIRTY.

it was because he went out of the game because of a flagrant foul. he went to the hospital to get his surgically-repaired knee examined.

JO is having a good season so far, because he can play defense all he wants to without needing to score. The problem with the Pacers was that he had to score and defend, but now with Bosh, he can do a bit of both, but more of defense. I don't know where everyone has been the past decade, but JO is a damn good defender.

this thread couldn't have come at a worse time

According to the Toronto Star, the feeling is that the injury is not too bad. There is a chance he'll go today against Boston. Phew!
