Re: Best Conditioned Athlete in the NBA
Yup, LeBron takes this.
He's not tested yet in terms of longevity, but it looks like it won't be a problem for him.
I'll mention Ray Ray also, he deserves it.

Re: Best Conditioned Athlete in the NBA
This is by a mile lebron james.I still dont understand how a guy his size moves around like that for 40mpg.Especially in cavs days every single position he had an impact whether its defensively or offensively. He really never had an injury besides that elbow thing! thats amazing thing some of the hard fouls he takes, falls down and bounces right back up.

Re: Best Conditioned Athlete in the NBA
lebron and westbrook.
i cant imagine how much wear and tear that is causing on the knees with the way they play, yet, maybe its not considering they are damn near indestructible.

They are both indestructible but i dont think you can compare them both because lebron is 70 lbs heavier than westbrook and he jumps higher than westbrook. The wear and tear on lebron knees is much more than on westbrook knees.
BTW lebron joints are so big this is why he doesnt get hurt and moves the way like he does at almost 270lbs.Westbrook is only 190lbs.

This thread is about stamina and durability, not only being ripped.
If that was the case, Iggy and Dwight deserve a mention.

Decent college freshman
Re: Best Conditioned Athlete in the NBA
it would have to be Fisher, he hasn't missed a game in some crazy number, in the hundreds if we were talking durability and stamina in a wider sense. Ahh the wonders of modern chemistry.

what are you on about?
his endurance and stamina is amazing. plays just about every game, and has the highest career average in mpg in the league at the moment.
what are you on about, or are you just hating for the fact its lebron? and since when does your arbitrary figure of 220lbs being the cut off matter?
