Default How does the Mavs rotation look next year?

Assuming they re-sign everyone...

My guess...
Jason Kidd (26) / JJ Barea (22) / Rodrigue Beaubois
DeShawn Stevenson (20) / Jason Terry (28) / Dominique Jones
Shawn Marion (20) / Caron Butler (28) / Corey Brewer
Dirk Nowitzki (36) / Shawn Marion (12) / Brian Cardinal
Tyson Chandler (30) / Brendan Haywood (18) / Ian Mahinmi

Does Beaubois or Brewer take Stevenson's spot and who' the odd man out?

wigwan has an OK reputation so far

Beaubois is more of a SG than a PG and he is better than Jones

The same as this year. Just replace Peja's minutes with Caron.

Yeah, I'm guessing Peja probably won't be back. It should be interesting to see what happens with Butler, though. He was making good money and he'd probably have to take a pay cut to come back.

Isn't Caron Butler going to start over Marion?

In the reg season, Marion and Peja split the minutes 24/24. It's only in the PO's where Marion played more because of Peja's D.

Obviously the Mavs, if they ever bring back Caron, wouldn't want to rush him back.

Honestly I don't see Caron as a great fit for Dallas especially off the bench. I would rather have him replace Deshawn Stevenson's role.

The Mavs should be able to re-sign every free agent, since they spent 90 million this year, and Chandler and Butler will get paycuts most likely.
