Default The "over the back" foul is no longer called.....

I have noticed as of late the NBA don't call fouls on this anymore. I've seen players go over the back on many occasions this year.

You cannot jump over a guy's back for a rebound and so many alley oop plays where guys are jumping on the backs of the defenders.

Has the league allowed this to occur?

Blake Griffin is notorious for this. Those put back slams are all over people's back.

They did not call a foul on the Kobe over Hakeem dunk. They called Kobe for offensive goal tending because he grabbed the rim.

Those aren't fouls. Show me which part LBJ or Butler push or climb over the defender. They just jumped higher

They never call it when they finish with a dunk, but if either of these plays had been a rebound, without the dunk, both would have been called for fouls.

You cannot climb over the back of a rebounding defender and in this instance, especially the alley oops in recent years. Guys are jumping on the backs of defenders.
