    They just played a series that could of gone either way in round two. Clippers could of won that series.It was a coin toss. Dismissing that is foolish. All this with the whole Sterling distraction. To say that didn't affect them would be wrong.

    People were already saying this in 2005. In 2007 they were seen as pretty much on their last legs. And since 07, people have treated every single season as their last opportunity for contention.

    They'll be a contender at least until Duncan and Popovich retire, which they'll do simultaneously, and probably won't do before 2016.
    Would not be surprised one bit if Duncan, Pop and Ginobili retire after next season. Duncan, Ginobili and Parker all expire after that season.
