The only time I don't mind when players flop is when someone is driving at them at a fairly high pace and they fall slightly before to lessen the damage/contact they can take, kinda of like rolling with a punch in boxing,.But this is a bit to much had Nene hit him fine hes allowed to move back but not when theres clear daylight between them.

Because it should be on every page of this thread. And yes, that was a big swing in the game. A foul, two FT's, and tech on the Wizards because of the reaction to the foul call.

i showed this clip to my friend, a long time clipper fan....here was his email response:

Obviously it was not a foul and he exaggerated but it does annoy me that people make a big deal out of these plays where players flail back from an elbow. If he would not have moved, he would have been hit in the face by the elbow. It is an instinctive reaction to move your head. Every single human in that situation would have cocked their head back. If Harden would have avoided Artest's elbow, would it have been a flop? If Griffin was such a horrendous flopper, shouldn't he have at least been called for one flop? The NBA can review any play they want and he hasn't been called for a flop all year. Ironic that people exaggerate so much about accusing a player of exaggerating. So go ahead and root for Artest to play dirty and hit somebody who plays hard. I will take the side of the player who exaggerates a reaction to a player who intentionally tries to injure someone who is kicking his ass and must resort to violence to stop him.
