Hawks are easily top 5 atleast with a healthy horford.

I believe in Masai
Re: So predict the top 8 teams in the East..
Hawks fans on this board stand a firm ground. I respect that, hopefully Horford stays health and we can see them battle it out for the the 6-8 is my guess.

bulls
cavs
hornets
wizards
raptors
hawks
heat
celtics
i think the nets and pacers do not make it...losing stephenson is really gonna hurt the pacers...now they have not one playmaker on their roster in my opinion...nets just dont have enough talent or their talent is old....east is a young mans conference now.

seriously losing Lance is gonna take a 56 win team down to sub 40?
you can say the Nets are injury prone.
but to call them old? lol. stop.
Garnett is old.
Who else is old on that team?
Johnson is at the end of his prime but not yet fully ancient. He is veteran mode
Lopez and DWill, however injury prone, are not old.
Mason Plumlee, Teletovic, Bodjanovic, should round out the bench.
You can say the Nets are not very good or are injury prone
but to call them old is just an easy out that shows no brain power (or ability to use the brain) just like mouthing off "2/5"

Re: So predict the top 8 teams in the East..
Probably the same as last year except the Nets wizards or maybe even pacers will get bumped out for cleveland.

Re: So predict the top 8 teams in the East..
As of now... according to seeding (everyone healthy).
1) Chicago
2) Toronto
3) Miami
4) Cleveland
5) Atlanta
6) Washington
7) Indiana
8) Charlotte
People are sleeping on Miami and Toronto. Charlotte doesn't have any depth outside of SG. I expect the Pacers to still retool their overall roster.
