Duh of course LeBron is better than Jordan, the argument ended after he beat the Mavs in 2011.

Remember when Jordan was outscored by Danny Ainge, Clyde Drexler, Scottie Pippen and Horace Grant in the 1992 NBA Finals when Portland beat Chicago? That's when we knew LeBron was better. Wake up.

Bron had subpar performances by superstar standards. He is 2/5 and should be 1/5.

Jordan faced stiffer competition. He dominated on the biggest stage.

The only thing Lebron was dominating last year was the east and kleenex.

think about it like this, what does jordan do better than lebron? Lebron is a better rebounder, playmaker, 3pt shooter, more efficient, etc. As an overall player he is better than mgay. Mgay is only a better scorer and thats factoring in the type of competition he had, which were mostly fast breaks and no defense (similar to current western conference). One can argue that lebron got beat by the spurs. While there was some ticky tacky officiating, spurs are no doubt one of the best teams in nba history. Put anyone in lebrons place, and they lose.

When we compare them we also need to understand how we view them based on their team. Jordan had the greatest coach ever and HOFs. Who did lebron have? Broken down dwade, top 40 player in chris bosh, and the worst championship coach in history. So why am i saying this? Because we need to note the differences between them and how much harder it was for lebron.

Overall, i give mgay the slight edge due to the 6 rings. In terms of domination and as a player, lebron is twice as good as michael was. In terms of winning and using the system to their advantage michael was better.

Jordan benefited from playing in an expansion era with no D. LeBron is dominating in the toughest era ever.

Where are the pictures of those players screwing up 3 straight possessions before the shots?

Nobody holds it against superstars when they have teammates that shows up in the clutch.

But Ray Allen was saving Lebron from himself. A total meltdown.

This is my general impression of MJ - when he stepped on the court, HE and his OPPONENT KNEW that he was gonna will his team to a win. Lebron, for all his skills doesn't give this impression.

Lest u forget, Lebron teamed up with 2 franchise players 4 years ago - where was ur outcry about his (unfair) help then?
