Kyrie Irving or Trae Young
I'm torn on who will have a better season fantasy wise... gotta drop one of them in my keeper league.
Irving seems like he's consistently an injury risk and it's hard to say what's going to happen in a new team. At the same time no KD for a while and everything that happened last year could be a big bounce back year.
Young is sporadic but he was a rookie and played real strong over the second half of the season. Almost seems funny I'm asking this but is it possible Young has a better season than Kyrie, not just fantasy wise but irl?

Kyrie will get injured per usual
Trae will pad the stats

Go trae man. He'll probably score around the same this year but get a few more assists a game. Kyrie will most likely be injured at some point as well. He'll probably only play 55-65 games.

Trae Young. He’s a top 5 passer minimum in the league and an alpha scorer

Man I'm not gonna lie Trae is nice. Dude is a pass first player who can get you a lethal and decently efficient 25 with low TOs and 8-10 assists. His offensive pace/change of pace/dribble is absolutely elite. He is one of those players who can control the pace of a game. Kyrie has proven he can take over for the course of entire games but that is mostly on an individual standpoint. If Trae can take over consistently for entire games it will be more lethal because his game has more layers to it. Also he is clutch as hell, he just has it.

Have you ever seen him play?
He's gonna be a great player but last season he was far from being an efficient low TOs player.
As for OPs question, for fantasy I'd take Young.

Trae last season gave you 19/4/8/1 a game in 31 minutes a night. Irving probably misses 10 games like usual so I'd go with Young.

Trae Young. Younger and less injury prone.
Also, he's not batshit insane with his philosophical takes.

When I said "can get" I meant more of he's not that right now but he can develop into that seeing how he moves/the decisions he makes out there/etc. He has that potential IMO.
