How does Kemp have more votes then George McGinnis. Both 6 time All-Stars, McGinnis has 1 All-NBA 1st team and 2 All-ABA 1st teams. George also won 1975 ABA MVP, 1973 Playoff MVP and a title in the ABA. He helped the 6ers to the Finals in 1977.
