Jeremy Lin just set the all time new york Knicks record for turnovers in a half

All the fame and attention finally got to his head, I'm hoping some soul searching will bring him back to earth. He thought he can be the hero again in the 4th quarter againts the hornets but failed. Hopefully he will learn from the last game.

Those turn overs are pretty high and costly. How many scores were converted for each of his turnovers? Anybody has stats?

Most his turnovers came in the first half. Like 6 in the first quarter alone. He might have had like 1 or 2 in the entire second half. Not sure the points off turnovers but Knicks were definitely playing catch up from the very get go.

Lin had a bad game but bad defense and inability to knock down shots also contributed to their loss.

Yeah he had some bad turnovers in the first half, but really, he was just trying to make plays. Knicks really don't have anyone that can get there own shot except him. He only had 1 turnover in the 2nd half.

So with all those 8 turnovers in first half, they were still only down 4 at the half. I thought Lin played very well in the 2nd half and had a huge steal late and free throws to cut lead to 2. But they couldn't get the stops.

Knicks couldn't hit shots. Knicks SG/SF were atrocious. Fields, Walker, Shumpert, and Novak combined for 7 for 31 shooting. Really? And it's all Lin's fault?

Lin got 26 points on 8 for 18 shooting. With 5 assists and 4 steals. Pretty damn good for a "bad" game.

you can live with the turnovers for the most part. the problem would be if they were to play miami in the playoffs. turnovers would kill them. that's where you start to think that there's a slim chance that baron davis could be very useful. he's better at protecting the ball than lin.
