Westbrook is a better passer & a better shooter & definitely a better defender. Rose as the main guy when healthy averaged about the same ppg Westbrook averaged last year as a "helper".

Rose's MVP season trumps anything Westbrook has done so far, but I'm afraid it was Rose's peak & he's not going back to that form anymore. Penny vol 2.

Rose was more athletic and had more functional basketball talent but just didn't have the motor Westbrook does. Nobody does actually, but the guys games are so similar so Westbrook's motor makes him a more impactful player.

Off the court it's not even close. Westbrook came back from his injuries like it was nothing and it already better than ever. Putting up insane stats and the same confident, strong-minded animal.

Rose is still balled up in the fetal position eating skittles. Laughable comparison.
