Don't mean to derail this thread but we will be comparing these two very often this season.

There are so many intangibles aswell that don't show on the boxscore such as his hustle plays and he alters so many shots with just his length alone, hopefully this is a coming out party for him this season and the injuries being a thing of the past.

Haven't watch the Sixers play yet, but his playing style has always reminded me of Noah. Kind of PF size, was thought to be C position (tho now they got Embiid) very good passing, awkward looking offense, does everything on defense type of player. Doesn't have quite the energy, or maybe just not as expressive.

Health withstanding, he and Embiid are going to be the best post duo in the NBA.

his hook shot is pretty nice and he can explode to the basket at ease and he can run routes like a receiver, you saw that alley against the bucks? Looked straight up like an NFL move

If he develops a solid jumper and a post game, he's gonna be one of the top bigs in the league. He will already be one of the best defensive bigs IMHO, but you won't see his impact on a tanking team his first two seasons probably, but he's goin to be legit.

I'm a sixers fan but I'm also a realist. He's very awkward offensively and he's too skinny right now to be a good man defender. He's great on the weak side and is super athletic. He's a poor shooter and a poor free throw shooter. He's a kind or in the mold of Theo Ratliff. He's going to need a few years to develop.
