One-legged leaper means you get your HIGHEST vert by sprinting and taking of one leg (by majority its the left leg)..... like James White, Lebron James and Julius Erving.....

Its only these type of high flyers that can pull of creative long distance dunks.... and the only such one-legged high flyer today is Lebron James...

James White is an elite level leaper among the world, not just in terms of basketball.

you're severely underestimating how difficult it is to focus on a THROUGH LEGS MOTION while taking off from the FT line.

there is just not enough hang time available to do any sort of motion in the air and still land the dunk cleanly.

again James White is an exception to this.

1. Dunk from the FT line (50)
2. Windmill from the FT line (50)
3. Tomahawk from the FT line (50)
4. Alleyoop from the FT line (50)
5. Jump over somebody while doing an alleyoop (John Lucas? ) (50)
6. Im sure he can think up of something else to...

Honorable mention:
Between the legs from FT line? Can not guarantee... but not impossible... it gets more and more possible the closer he gets to the rim..... because a simple between the legs dunk for him is childsplay.....

I truly believe that Lebron could do a windmill form the FT line, between the legs is too hard, even James White has made it, but remember that he has been dunking from the FT line since HS. Lebron should have joined the contest when he was playing his last year with the Cavs, because he jumped REALLY high that season and did some sick dunks during warm ups. But now.. I also really mad that that kind of athlete has never joined the dunk contest..
